The Clerk & Recorder's Office will be closed to Motor Vehicle and Recording transactions on Election Day - Tuesday, November 5th. Staff will be assisting with the election. Please plan accordingly.

Responsibilities

The Office of the Clerk and Recorder is responsible for conducting primary, general, and special elections held in the county; voter registration; recording and processing public documents; issuing and recording marriage licenses; and titling and registering of motor vehicles.

*Self-service DMV Kiosks are available throughout the state for renewals, tab replacements, duplicate registrations, etc. Find a kiosk near you!
